In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I pride myself on being a regular person and relate to my clients authentically. I am dedicated to ethical practice and respect the individual wants and needs of my clients. Building a positive therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect to successful therapy and, if I am not the right fit for a client, I want to work with them to find the best therapist to help meet their goals.
