In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session will include introductions and we will begin examining the issues that have led to your decision to seek therapy. The information gather during this session will assist me in developing a plan of treatment for our future sessions. You will have an opportunity to ask questions during this session.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is the ability to hear what is being said as well as what is not being said. I specialize in working with clients suffering from anxiety, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, relationship issues, a history of trauma, domestic violence and stress. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am an ordained minister and provide counseling from a Christian perspective if desired.

Adults (ages 25+) and seniors. I am open to Christians who wish to incorporate their faith into their treatment.

This treatment method is ideal for someone seeking short-term, goal-oriented therapy. It focuses on building solutions rather than dwelling on problems while employing your existing strengths and resources to achieve your desired outcomes.
Christian Counseling
This treatment method view the human existence as spirit, soul, and body. This approach integrates the client's faith, Christian principles and other other therapeutic methods into the counseling process while aiming to promote mental and emotional well-being and spiritual growth through a Christian worldview.
