*****DISCLAIMER***** I DO NOT provide paperwork for comfort and/or service animals. I DO NOT provide paperwork for FMLA, disability determination, leaves of absence, and/or court cases. I DO NOT ACCEPT any clients UNDER AGE 25. I'm Sandra Morrow - Change Agent and Truth Broker! While it is said that change is the only constant in life, most people tend to resist it. Why is that? Change requires us to move from a place of comfort with which we have become familiar, even though that place of comfort has a negative impact on our lives. Have you noticed an increased desire for a more fulfilling life? Why should you choose my practice? Here, you will learn that change is a very healthy path that leads to the ultimate goal of self-actualization. Self-actualization brings about healthy self-esteem, healthy boundaries, and freedom to grow and pursue your dreams. I am ready to take the journey with you! Allow me to help you find your way to greater self-satisfaction. I have successfully helped past clients change their lives by providing them with the tools necessary to break the negative patterns which caused the problems they previously faced. Are you ready to break your patterns and move toward a more positive, productive you? I am ready when you are! Looking forward. . .

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My primary clientele consists of individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, past traumas and adjustment issues. My counseling style is supportive and non-judgmental. I employ varied approaches which are based on the needs of each client. It is my goal to offer help, hope, and healing to assist you in overcoming your struggles. No one promised life would be easy, but it can be fulfilling despite the difficulties you may face. My credentials are: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) Board Certified - TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH).

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My goal is to help you to become fully self-sufficient in managing your mental health. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each client. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Generally, there will be a combination of talk therapy, psychoeducation, coping skills, and homework assignments. I will help you to learn to identify your particular patterns of behavior that cause the greatest disruption in your life and how to change those patterns.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is the ability to hear what is being said as well as what is not being said. I specialize in working with clients suffering from anxiety, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, relationship issues, a history of trauma, domestic violence and stress. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am an ordained minister and provide counseling from a Christian perspective if desired.
