My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have many years of experience using CBT offering individuals information and a sense of control when it comes to personal mental health wellness. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) offers individuals tools and strategies to manage symptoms which disrupts daily living.

Strength-Based

As a therapist, I strongly believe everyone has strengths and should have a voice concerning what works best for them. By collaborating with my clients, we are able to create a personal plan based on your strengths to achieve your personal goals concerning mental health.
