It is time to begin your healing journey, but you don't have to do it alone. I have had the profound honor of providing therapy for the past twenty years. During this time I have supported adults and adolescents with a wide range of struggles in overcoming their challenges, reclaiming their resilience and wellness, and realizing dramatic and positive growth.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

This is your time and we will go at your pace. I will compassionately create a space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. I will be interested in getting to know you, hearing your story, and learning what you would like to achieve in therapy. If it’s more comfortable for you I can certainly ask questions. With the goal of easing your struggle as soon as possible I will provide tools that can help. It is also a time where I can provide explanation or answer any questions you may have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work in a client centered, strength based, and trauma informed way. I have found that a single approach is not sufficient to provide truly individualized care, so my approach is very eclectic, which allows me to pull from my years of experience successfully utilizing a variety of modalities.

You are courageous! It is not easy to seek out therapy or any type of support for that matter.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have successfully utilized the CBT modality for many years by supporting clients to identify and challenge unwanted or unhelpful thoughts and/or behaviors which can have such a significant impact on every aspect of our lives.
