Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest strength is meeting you where you are at in your story, through understanding and compassion. I truly believe that change comes from within and cannot be forced by external sources. During our sessions, I will help you recognize and understand the connection between your thoughts and feelings, allowing you the opportunity to make any necessary changes to grow.
