Within treatment, I actively support my clients to "dive deeper" so that they can shift their behaviors and perspectives to not just survive, but thrive through their challenges.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I specialize in taking a collaborative, cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help my clients better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By doing so, clients can enhance their emotional awareness, improve their relationships, and gain valuable insight to better manage stress.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength within therapy is helping my clients no longer avoid difficult emotions and thoughts, but instead approach challenging circumstances. In turn, this helps clients to use healthier coping mechanisms so they have the tools needed to approach future stressors.
