When you work with me, I will teach you how to honor yourself, how to create beautiful boundaries, and how to create the life that you want on your terms with no apologies, guilt, or shame.underline-1 What was your path to becoming a practitioner? I was born and raised in California into a family of "natural pioneers," as I would call them. My fabulous grandmother was perusing the health food stores back in the 70s when most people were still eating Swanson dinners. I like to share that story because it will give you an idea of where all of my holistic, organic passion comes from. Fast forward to my first year of college when my first class was criminal psychology. From day one, I was hooked. Over time, the two melded into one: Good mental health merged with good physical health and, eventually, good spiritual health. It is a beautiful trinity that I am more than passionate about. I love helping people and teaching people, and I consider myself a healer. When you work with me, I will teach you how to honor yourself, how to create beautiful boundaries, and how to create the life that you want on your terms with no apologies, guilt, or shame. I want you to honor your goddess within and help you get your sparkle back!!!!!!!!
In our first session, we will start to get to know each other. This is how you will be able to begin to build trust. I want you to think of it like having tea with an old friend.
I believe my greatest strength as a provider is that I am passionate about what I do. I make sure that we build a trusting relationship so that you are able to share and to be vulnerable. This is when the work needed to heal begins to happen. This is where the change happens. If you are willing to do the work I will make sure you have the proper tools to create the life you want.
When you unite mind, body, & spirit, a more fulfilling life starts to unfold naturally. I specialize in working with empathic women who feel exhausted trying to keep up a facade of success and happiness. Many of my clients seem like they have it all – strong relationships, successful careers, and healthy habits. However, many of them feel like they’re faking their lives, are disconnected from who they are at their core, and they don’t know how to work with their empathic gifts. A quick fix won’t do. They need a holistic approach to reunite mind, body, and soul, so they can begin to recreate their lives. My goal is to help clients see their sensitivity as their intuitive compass, using it to reconnect to their joy & sparkle, unite mind, body, and spirit, and learn how to support themselves through the stormier times in life. When we lay this foundation, a more fulfilling life starts to unfold naturally. We’ll do this through creating a plan tailored to fit you, which may include: Talk therapy, heart opening yoga practices, mindfulness, bodywork, Ayurvedic wellness & nutrition, reiki, meditation, EMDR, & more.
