Greetings! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Maryland. I received my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Howard University and my second Master's degree (in Social Work) from the University of Maryland Baltimore. I have been in private practice for 14 years. I help adults and youth build healthy relationships, increase coping skills for work/school-related stress, and develop action plans to accomplish specified goals.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, discuss background information, and establish a rapport. We will also address current challenges and begin setting goals.
