Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Oklahoma. I have a Master is Counseling Psychology and have been practicing for the last 19 years. I have also been a Director at a two outpatients clinics where I mentored and lead therapeutic services.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the challenges that brought you to see me. We will work together to create a treatment plan that works for your needs and situation. If its your first time in therapy I will take time to describe the process and answer any questions you may have. If you have been to therapy before and had a bad experience please let me know so I can help answer questions and make this time different for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked over the last 19 years with a variety of people, I work with you to feel at ease in therapy and find a place where you can just be you. As we work together we will adjust techniques and methods to find what works for you. When clients leave my office they feel heard and seen so they have confidence to set a new course in life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past nineteen years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Grief Therapy

I have used Grief therapy to help navigate through the heartbreak of loss. We will work together to help you through the heartbreak and find hope in the future
