My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe that doing something to help yourself feel better build the sense of accomplishment. That sense of accomplishment can lead to higher self esteem. Higher self esteem often helps people correct the other problems in their lives.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I am an African American female. Most of my clients look like me. We have a shared lived experience that others can not relate to. I value all cultures.

Gender-affirming therapy

I want everyone to be who they are and be the best of who they are.

Supportive

My job and mission is to walk towards health with you.

Mind-body approach

I am a former personal trainer and nutrition coach. I believe that the mind and body work in coordination with each other. I offer a service that connects the mind and body.
