Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working with clients for 10+ years. I received my Master's Degree from Rutgers University and my Doctorate Degree from Penn State and I'm currently licensed in Pennsylvania. I love to help clients identify goals for their life and working together to meet those goals and make progress, whether you're 18 or 88!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will briefly get to know each other, share some background information, and then I'll give you time to share what has brought you to therapy. Together we will process what issues and barriers are causing you to feel like you aren't being successful, then create goals and build on your strengths to move towards your vision for your future.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with both individuals and couples for 10+ years- there isn't anything that I haven't collaborated together to work through!

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Exploring our attachment styles can help us understand why we think and feel the way we do

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT examines our thoughts and our behaviors to evaluate if they are healthy and if they are serving us. If not, we create goals to change them!

Couples Counseling

Sometimes we need an unbiased mediator to help us solve problems

Strength-Based

No matter what challenges we are faced with, we always have strengths within ourselves and our circles to help support us
