Hello, I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of behavioral health experience. I received my Bachelor’s of Nursing from Midwestern State University and Master’s of science in Nursing from University of Texas in Arlington.
I provide holistic, evidence based and individualized care to help clients achieve optimal mental health and wellness across life span ( Ages 5+ ).

The first session is focused on getting to know you and the specific challenges you are facing. Then we will work together to create a plan that is specific to your needs.

Treatment methods
Supportive
As a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner, my treatment model is primarily focused on medication management. Supportive therapy is also provided as research studies indicate better treatment outcomes when combined.
