Hi, I'm Angela. Are you feeling overwhelmed by everyday life stressors? Is something weighing on your shoulders that you can't seem to shake? Are you going through something and you need a safe space to work through it? If so, I can help you! I became a mental health counselor so that I could help people from all walks of life with various stressors and mental health concerns. Therapy should be a safe space to speak freely about life's trials and tribulations. My goal is to provide that space for you while using a variety of tools to create a comfortable space. Together, we will get to the root of what is holding you back, identify strengths, and get you back to a more balanced version of yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you, what challenges you may be facing, and what your personal goals are for counseling so that we can create a plan for follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a variety of techniques including art, mindfulness, exposure, CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-based therapies.

I have extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. I have a passion for helping people discover their barriers and break through them so that they can live a more fulfilled life.
