I'm Dr. Joe Daly. I treat clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I've worked in the mental health field since 2008. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist whose passion is working with neurodiverse clients of all ages.
I was diagnosed with Autism at age 32 and take my knowledge and experience to work through the numerous feelings and unique experience of late diagnosed neurodivergence.

First session
In our first session together, we'll build rapport and trust, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, as well as your goals and history. After just a few sessions with me, you will learn to recognize your triggers and gain an understanding of your mental health struggles.

Through supportive and active listening, as well as unconditional positive regard, and use of humor and trust/rapport building, I am an expert in helping others feel at ease as they process and work through issues and problematic situations.
Ideal clients
Whether you have been diagnosed with Autism/Aspergers or ADHD, or suspect you could be, I can help "make sense" of your experience. I am also an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and offer a safe space to discuss and process feelings and emotions. After just a few sessions with me, you will learn to recognize your triggers and gain an understanding of your mental health struggles.
