If you are looking for a therapist to cry with, laugh with, validate you, and help you navigate your way in this messy world - I am the perfect therapist for you. I am deeply grounded in the belief that my gifting as a therapist is to know, see, hear, and guide my clients so that they may begin or continue to heal their deepest wounds during our time together. We will laugh, cry, and deeply understand you together

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a safe, supportive, and confidential online space. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing your journey, I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard and understood. Since I work remotely, we’ll meet via a secure video platform from the comfort of your own space. In this session, I’ll take time to learn about you—your concerns, history, and what brings you to therapy—while also answering any questions you may have about the process. Together, we’ll explore your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain my approach, whether it’s EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), or another modality, and we’ll begin to identify the best path forward based on your unique needs. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—this session is about building trust, understanding, and setting the stage for meaningful work together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful about your healing journey. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a session, I’d love to hear from you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, I believe that healing happens in the context of a safe, genuine relationship. My greatest strengths lie in my warmth, authenticity, and deep commitment to creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported. I bring a personable and down-to-earth approach to therapy, meeting you where you are with compassion and non-judgment. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method; instead, I tailor our work to fit your unique needs. I also believe in the power of real connection, which is why I’m willing to share parts of myself when it’s helpful to the therapeutic process. Therapy isn’t just about processing pain—it’s about fostering self-understanding, resilience, and growth. My goal is to walk alongside you with honesty and care, helping you navigate challenges while honoring your strengths. Above all, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and empowered in our work together. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect with you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Trauma disconnects our soul, heart, and mind from our first safe place - our own body. Often times our homes weren’t safe, and never felt safe. Maybe it wasn’t home but it was a person or a season in your life that left you feeling broken. More often than not we internalize that unsafe and broken feeling within our own being and body. This is where our works begins – reconnecting and coming back to what once was – a safe place within yourself. Your home and your body is designed to be a place where you can heal, rest, grow, and play. My deepest calling is to guide, support, and teach individuals how to navigate their way back home to their body. Homebody represents the journey of being far from oneself and finding your way back, whole and healed. I’d love to be apart of your journey.

My treatment methods

EMDR

As a trained EMDR therapist, I guide clients through a structured, eight-phase approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences. Using bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements—we can help unlock your brain’s natural ability to heal, reducing emotional distress and fostering resilience. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or unresolved past experiences, EMDR can help you break free from the past and step into a more empowered, fulfilling life. If you’d like to learn more about how EMDR can support your healing journey, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Do you ever feel like different parts of you are in conflict—one part wants to move forward, while another holds you back? Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and heal these inner dynamics. IFS views the mind as a system of “parts,” each with its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. Some parts protect us, while others carry wounds from past experiences. Through IFS therapy, I help clients access their Self—a calm, confident, and wise inner leader—to create harmony and healing within. By working with your parts in a gentle, nonjudgmental way, IFS can help reduce anxiety, heal trauma, and foster deeper self-acceptance. This approach is especially powerful for those struggling with self-criticism, inner conflict, or unresolved emotional pain. If you’re ready to connect with your authentic Self and experience lasting transformation, I’d love to support you on this journey.
