What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I will be asking questions about what you are experiencing and the reason you are seeking therapy. The purpose of the first session is for information gathering and to explore what your expectations are in therapy. I will be asking questions about previous treatment, and the areas you want to focus on, confidentially, and the goals in we can focus on week to week.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is building a rapport with you, and providing support. I will have patience and understanding to get to know you and meet you where you are when you come to therapy. The therapy is your work and I am your life cheerleader.
