In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will complete a thorough and comprehensive assessment to assist your needs and customize your treatment plan. Treatment should not be all about medication. Our initial assessment will take a more holistic approach. I want to know more about my patients. I get to learn their backgrounds, likes and dislikes, their work-life balance, and specific challenges they are facing. That way, we can create the best plan that will address all of their needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Over the past 15 years, I have provided my clients a safe and supportive atmosphere. I encourage them to advocate for themselves and to ask questions in order to better understand their conditions. It is really important that my clients feel comfortable and secure.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults and adolescents. I feel when the adults feel overwhelmed and out of sorts from day to day I am there to listen to their concerns and help them overcome their difficulties. I enjoy working with adolescents between the ages of 13 to 17. They are just beginning to experience some of the pressures of adulthood and need help navigating incoming challenges.
