Hi! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Alabama. I received my masters from the University of Southern Mississippi and have been practicing for more than 10 years. I utilize an eclectic and solution-focused approach to help identify the needs of each client in order to provide the necessary tools to help them reach their goals.

In our first session, we will start to build a therapeutic alliance that will help me understand the current challenges you are facing and what led you to initiate treatment. This will help identify goals for follow up sessions.

I understand the benefits of helping clients identify patterns or behaviors that may interfere with their ability to reach their goals. I want to support and empower clients to identify solutions that work best for them, which will ultimately increase self-confidence and self-management.

I have experience helping clients navigate difficult emotions, relationship concerns, family conflict, work-related concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I like to collaborate with the client to develop a treatment plan specific to their unique needs.
