What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I use a combination of DBT and CBT therapy, helping client identify negative and self-defeating thinking patterns that hurt self esteem and increase depression and anxiety. Through education of cognitive distortions, realization of behavioral patterns, goal development, and coping skills, I strive to help each of my clients achieve a better quality of life.
