Life can be hard; you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental environment where all clients can feel safe. I am open to working with all individuals. My passion for helping others has been evident throughout the last 20 years of working with children and families. Through my experiences I have learned how to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate changes and growth. I would be honored in working together with you in creating a journey of joy, peace, and healing.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Your first session is about setting a good foundation. It's an opportunity to learn more about what you can achieve and how the process works. Most importantly, you can start to evaluate how you feel with me and you make the determination about if we are good fit. It's also a great time to ask lots of questions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
It takes an immense amount of courage to seek help and embark on a journey of personal growth. My priority is to ensure that I understand and appreciate the person that you are. Empowering you to become the best version of yourself and provide you with the needed tools to build and maintain healthy authentic relationships in your life.
