Are you feeling stuck in life or overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you have difficulty with relationships or self-worth? With the right support, it is possible to feel more balanced and in control of your life. I utilize a holistic approach, integrating the mind and body to help you deal with difficult emotions when they arise. I can help you navigate and change patterns within relationships that are affecting your well-being. My goal is to work with you while you build a deeper sense of safety and connection with yourself and within your relationships. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important aspects of therapy to elicit change. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore yourself and find a better understanding of your struggles to foster healing, authenticity, and wholeness. I specialize in trauma, relationship issues, anxiety and personality dynamics.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment where I could get to know you and the struggles that you are facing. Together, we'll lay the foundation for a collaborative journey, focusing on your unique strengths and crafting a holistic plan that aligns with your goals for healing and growth.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

When working with clients, I primarily utilize mindfulness-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Still, I draw from a variety of different techniques. While working together, we will explore what best fits your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my most significant strengths is my ability to take a holistic approach to healing. Being a Registered Yoga Teacher allows me to integrate traditional therapeutic techniques with yoga and mindfulness practices to address both the mental and physical aspects of trauma and relationship issues. I empower clients to connect with their bodies and emotions in a unique and transformative way that fosters self-regulation, stress reduction, and self-awareness I have experience in trauma-informed care. This means I understand the complex effects trauma can have on individuals and relationships. This enables me to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can heal and grow without feeling retraumatized.
