Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Yoga CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been told by clients that I have a unique way of making them feel as if I am too a person to who they feel comfortable talking. I have a sense of humor and have taken a course on how to implement humor in therapy. I can get to the core of the problem helping you gain insight and better perspective into the person you are, the people around you, and maybe even the world.
