We will focus on getting you to be the best version of you both mentally and physically to achieve overall wellness. I work from a solution-focused background and will empower you to make decisions and changes that you are comfortable doing on your timeline. Together we can develop a relationship based on trust and safety that will allow you to grow and progress.

My first goal is to take an inventory of your strengths and capitalize on what you are already doing well. We will set small, achievable goals that lead to the bigger picture. I employ a client-centered approach that acknowledges you are the expert of your life and that I am a tool to help you make better choices. I will challenge those automatic thoughts that get in the way of your happiness.
I know being in therapy can be intimidating so I strive to ensure you will feel comfortable and heard. I create a non-judgemental zone where the focus is on your overall wellness.
