Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

To build a strong and balanced sense of self, we can learn to question and challenge unhealthy or outdated beliefs. This allows us to confirm and solidify the beliefs that truly reflect who we are and who we want to become.

Unconscious motivations drive many behaviors, but there are also subconscious adaptive processes that work in our favor. To improve emotional regulation and environmental responses, increasing awareness of these subconscious influences can be very helpful.
