Welcome. Congratulations on taking the first step to unlocking your fullest potential. Being here, reading this, means that you are looking for more, wanting something to be different, or to finally overcome an obstacle in your life. My name in Nick and it's a pleasure to meet you. I have my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My practice is located in Erie, Pennsylvania. An area I’ve called home for 20+ years. I have been in the mental health field since 2005 and obtained my LPC in 2016. I have experience in homes, schools, community, and hospital settings. I have worked with many individuals and families from many different backgrounds. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, men’s issues, LGBTQ+, self-understanding, and more.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Intake and follow-up sessions are typically one hour in duration. During our first meeting, we start off with a short introduction, followed by a deeper exploration of your intake paperwork. From there, we will complete some treatment planning and conclude with intake paperwork review.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have assisted many individuals in gaining an understanding of their anxiety and depression symptoms, create ways to manage their internal influences, and connect to a more desired sense of self.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using CBT, we will challenge patterns and themes to create space for more desired responses.

Structural Family Therapy

In this approach, we will gain insight into external influences and their impact on you.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I pull from different methods within Internal Family Systems. These methods aid in understanding how the different parts within us influence whole or Self.
