Hi there everyone! I'm Nicole. I aim to make therapy feel like a familiar conversation; one you can look forward to each time. Do you find yourself unhappy, sad or depressed, anxious, or feeling like you're ready to give up? Are you thinking of divorce or other relationship issues? Job stress or home or other personal issues that consume your thoughts. Talking to me may be what you need. The issues that have placed you and your wellbeing at a crossroad can be helped. I am here to help overcome any anguish, frustration and or anxiety that seems to invade your space. I am here to help you see the best version of you! Helping you become cognitive aware of what bothers you, using motivational techniques, and diving deep into the root causes of issues is how I begin to help you find the sun in your life that you need. Let's explore and overcome together. As a therapist, we are human too. We understand and are trained to help you. We can personalize a plan and help you overcome the things that may be dimming your lights or even the lights of those around you. Do not let the stigma of therapy and or the fear of it not working stop you from scheduling with me! I can't wait to meet you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

If your intake paperwork is complete, we can go over a lot about yourself, and then go over why you seek therapee and what you intend to get out of it.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I find that I am extremely effective at motivating individuals in moving forward regardless of their past or any current obstacles in life. Helping you discover strengths and overcome your fears, is my commitment to clients.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Used when going through a rough time, after always feeling as if you had it together. This treatment helps you figure out the best course for you to help get through recent tough times.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is the foundation of any therapist,. to help clients connect with their thoughts and how they affect their behavior. For me I help the client figure out those pesky ways that they would like to change by channeling where it all began, and how to start to have actions and thoughts coincide well with each other.
