Hello, Let's face it... life can be tough and everyone needs some extra support at times to get back on track and feel better. None of us is perfect, and therefore we can often find ourselves feeling lost and confused. I believe it is important to go on a personal journey of self discovery and self growth, in order to better understand what you need to do to make your life more manageable and fulfilling. Whether it's relationship issues, problems with moods, or anxiety, I will challenge you to see things in different ways to get to the bottom of your roadblocks. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to open up and explore. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience working with many different client populations, age levels, clinical settings, and challenges. My practice focus is on adults struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, interpersonal or family challenges, family addiction, or trauma.
In the first few sessions I will spend time getting to know you and what areas you feel you are struggling in. I aim to develop a therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable discussing sensitive issues and feel valued and respected as a person.
I utilize evidence based techniques in a holistic approach to therapy. Some of the techniques I use include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based, Family Systems, Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My biggest strengths include having a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to help clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring their own personal journey to be their best self and meet their goals.
I prefer to focus on the adult population, who is struggling with relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety and mood disorders.
