Dr. Derius is amazing. Very understanding, listens, and has a solution. When things didnt quite work out for me the first time, she already had a backup plan that we could try. Very warm and welcoming. She allows you to take a moment and speak about whatever you feel comfortable with and she always asks if there is absolutely anything else I need to speak about or tell her before ending every call.
