I have also worked with adolescents, teens, young adults, and geriatric population. I am a clinical therapist who have background working in high school settings, hospital settings and corrections. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My counseling style stems from a strength-based approach and person-centered. I believe that one of the most important indicators of success in therapy is building a strong and trusting relationship with your therapist. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable and nonjudgmental space where you are able to speak freely and explore challenges you faced with, without feeling stigmatized. As a diverse therapist, I am able to use multiple approaches depending on your needs and often includes: solution focused mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychoeducational.
