Hi! I'm glad you're here. There is no shame in reaching out for help, and you don't have to walk this journey alone. Starting therapy can often feel overwhelming, and it takes incredible courage to take the first steps toward healing. If you're experiencing anxiety or depression that feels like a persistent cloud and diminishes your sense of peace, I'm committed to helping you get your quality of life back. I am especially passionate about empowering trauma survivors to move past feeling stuck or defined by painful experiences. For the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, shame, fear-based thinking, anger, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My goal in our sessions is to create a welcoming space where you can unpack your thoughts and feelings, feel heard and seen, and process life's challenges. In our first session together, we will have brief introductions and talk about the therapy process. Together, we will work to find solutions and achieve your goals. This often involves exploring your strengths and collaboratively brainstorming healthier coping skills that work best for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Every person has their own path to learning and making progress, so I utilize a tailored therapeutic approach that welcomes collaboration and feedback to most effectively meet my clients' needs. Clients often share that they value my direct yet warm, non-judgmental, engaging, and approachable style, which includes a bit of humor. Whenever you're ready, it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your path to healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

With over a decade of clinical experience and training in trauma, I have many tools to help clients work through feelings of shame, guilt, or resentments they may be holding on to. I have supported many clients with processing past traumas, whether complex or a single event that is impacting them. Upon request, I also provide support to Christian clients who want to deepen their faith, identity, and sense of purpose.
