Hello, I’m Tiffany. Do you find yourself saying “ I want to feel like my self again”, but don’t know how? Are you overwhelmed? Do you find it hard to take care of yourself because you are always taking care of others? Is it difficult to relax because your mind is always racing? I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, anger management and low-self esteem. I strive to ensure that sessions are a safe nonjudgemental space where you can rediscover the strengths, skills and tools needed to navigate the challenges life can bring. I look forward to helping you find peace and balance in you life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first two session will be dedicated to obtaining background data so that I can better understand your challenges. Subsequent session will be driven by you and what you feel you would like to discuss. We will explore what is and isn’t working and identify possible solutions to the problems. We will also explore the underlying issues that could be causing reoccurring problems.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my biggest strengths is working with marginalized women of color who often feel unseen, unheard and misunderstood.
