Hi, I'm Eliana. I received my M.S. in Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I began my professional career working in children’s mental health providing both outpatient and school-based services. Since the pandemic, I have been working with adults through telehealth. I have been able to demonstrate true compassion, dedication to clients’ well-being, and outstanding work ethic. I am also bilingual in Spanish and have been able to offer services to a diverse population.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I provide a safe space to process thoughts and feelings. I am well able to guide clients to identify core issues to make positive changes in their lives.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize various approaches to therapy including CBT, trauma-focused, person-centered, humanistic therapy, family systems and eclectic.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I focus on establishing trusting relationships with clients. The relationship between therapist and client is key to making progress in treatment.
