I believe healing can be found in a variety of ways that are unique to the individual. As a trauma focused therapist, I value individual identities, qualities, and experiences that people possess as you are the expert of your experience. By providing guidance, support, safety, and empowerment my main goals are to enhance the healing process and promote thriving. I want to create the safest space I can to support connection with your whole, authentic self. I believe humans can be extremely resilient and am in constant awe of their strength.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first meeting together, we will spend some time getting to know each other, discuss expectations of therapy, and your goals. This is your opportunity to ensure that I am a good fit to support your therapeutic goals. I will answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process and review your intake form. We will create a tailored treatment plan together to support our follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with folx who have experienced trauma for over ten years. Humility, authenticity, kindness and dedication to constant learning are some of my key professional values as a therapist.
