In our first session, I would like to became acquainted with your immediately concerns and precipitating events. Also, I would like to get to know your day to day in the areas of sleep, exercise, medical condition including the use of medication, job environment, nutrition, the use of alcohol or other drugs, leisure time activities and support systems.
