I believe in positive, safe, open and collaborative relationship between clients and myself to ensure progress and results you are looking for. We will discuss Where you are at in the present moment and then Where would you want to be. We will set goals and expectations to ensure clarity. However, if you are not clear of where you want to be yet no pressure! I will be helping you as a guide to find answers and clarity.

Based you your individual needs, abilities and strengths i would incorporate modalities and therapeutic approaches that best serve you at that moment. I draw from the variety of approaches however most of them are: Solution-Focused Therapy Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Client Centered Therapy Strength Based Therapy, Coaching EMDR
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Imagine you are driving a car on a highway, you are in the driver's seat, NOT passenger. You check rear view mirror (represents the past) when needed, however you are looking forward on a road (represents future). Despite that you are i the present which is the most important part. You are in control of your car with the help of rear view and side mirrors and controlling the speed. This is my way to shortly describe my approach and vision through metaphoric example and i use many of them in my sessions.
