Welcome! I’m Bridget, a devoted mother of two and a dedicated therapist with a passion for empowering and supporting women through every stage of life. With advanced knowledge and trainings in perinatal mental health I am able to offer a wide spectrum of specialized mental health services in reproductive and parenting experiences. This includes peripartum mood disorders (PMADs), experiences with assisted reproduction or infertility, grief or bereavement care, birth trauma, adjustment to parenthood, and so much more. In addition, I have extensive knowledge in child and adolescent development which I utilize to provide a supportive environment where both parents and children can thrive. My goal is to empower parents with the tools and strategies they need to foster a nurturing home environment. My journey in therapy is rooted in the belief that each person possesses immense strength, resilience, and the potential for profound growth. Beyond the therapy space, I enjoy and find peace in being outdoors. You can often find me with my nose in a good book, savoring a strong cup of coffee with my cat, Dexter, in my lap.
