I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. ***only accepting female clients*** Please email reception+Olivia15145@growtherapy.com if interested in a session with me

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will first start with a brief introduction to myself and the type of therapy model I use with clients. After this I will ask question to gain a better understand of how I can help you so we can create a client centered treatment plan. I encourage my clients to give me feedback so I can adjust the treatment as necessary.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young professionals, women, and young mothers for the past 10 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. Listening and showing empathy to gain better insight and understand of you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. In the first session I explain what CBT is and how many sessions it will take and how it has worked for other clients. A core principle of CBT is to alter unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving and learn new coping skills in an effort to reduce symptoms.
