Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. I earned my doctoral degree from Alliant International University, San Francisco and have been practicing for 8 years. I help individuals who are feeling trapped by anxiety reclaim clarity and calm and build the life they desire. I rely heavily on evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which look closely at how our thoughts, behaviors and feelings interact with each other generating patterns that, at times, can keep us stuck.
Our journey begins with a comprehensive exploration of your history, including your cultural and spiritual values. Together, we’ll examine how anxiety and OCD symptoms manifest in your life, identify your triggers and evaluate your existing coping strategies.
I provide a judgment-free environment where you'll receive support through compassionate insight and thoughtful guidance. As a warm and intuitive therapist with specialized training in anxiety disorders, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to each session. My collaborative approach balances compassionate support with gentle encouragement, helping you move from feeling stuck to feeling inspired and capable.
I love working with sensitive, introspective and creative adults who are feeling ready to learn and apply tools to effectively navigate anxiety and other overwhelming feelings. My clients come to me often feeling stuck and uncertain about their future.
By embracing the principles of acceptance and mindfulness, developing psychological flexibility, and committing to values-driven action, individuals suffering from anxiety, OCD, and other fear-based disorders can begin to free themselves from the constraints of avoidance and fusion.
CBT looks closely at how our thoughts, behaviors and feelings interact with each other generating patterns that, at times, can keep us stuck.
This modality looks at ways that our past experiences may be impacting our current beliefs and habits.
Through this evidence-based approach you will make empowering behavioral changes that teach your anxiety/OCD who is really in charge-you.
