During our sessions there may be times that we have some difficult conversations however, I will be nonjudgmental, empathetic, and authentic. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My therapeutic approach is holistic and culturally competent. I have a cognitive behavioral/social learning perspective and I use a variety of evidenced-based techniques (i.e., cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and "talk" therapy) because no two individuals are the same.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest strengths as a therapist is my ability to listen, to be patient, to be non-judgemental, to be observant, to be respectful and to build a trust with others.
