My therapeutic approach centers on the holistic well-being of individuals, with a particular focus on working with female clients. My aim is to facilitate, through a strengths-based approach, your therapeutic journey towards enhanced well-being and deeper insight into your thoughts and behaviors (as well as understanding the roots of our cognitive and behavioral patterns). While my therapeutic toolbox encompasses solutions-focused, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques, I customize therapy sessions to suit each individual, allowing for flexibility beyond these established frameworks.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, we will conduct an intake assessment. This process allows me to grasp your historical background, which in turn informs the treatment plan we will collaboratively create to achieve your therapeutic goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I understand firsthand the challenges of grappling with anxiety and depression, which enables me to empathize deeply with clients facing similar struggles. I also incorporate humor during sessions to help alleviate some of the challenging emotions that may arise in therapy.

I utilize the mind-body connection to assist individuals in processing during sessions, incorporating techniques such as Reiki.

I assist clients in processing and identifying connections between their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings from childhood. We pinpoint how these patterns may manifest in adulthood and affect their lives.
