I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Pennsylvania. I have over 20 years of experience working in mental health in various areas including inpatient, outpatient, Act team and residential. I have worked with children, adolescents, eating disorder, general adult psych, Geri-psych and substance use. I have the experience to help you reach your self-care needs. If I'm not a good fit, I can refer you to a qualified specialist who can assist you.
In our first session we will start with a brief introduction. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will discuss your goals and determine what steps to implement to reach them. I will address any concerns or questions about medication management, if needed. I will help you find supplemental supports if treatment plan requires it.
My experience gained working over 20 years in behavioral health has helped shape my style of treating patients. I strongly believe there has to be a good connection between patient and provider to achieve the maximum outcome. During the first appointment or two we will determine what is best needed to achieve resilience, whether it be with me or one of my amazing colleagues.
During the journey working in the mental health field. I have developed a passion for Women's mental health and reproductive grief and infertility. I am currently certified in Perinatal Mental Health and Reproductive Grief. I am aware of the challenges and emotional roller coaster that comes with that journey.

Tiffany was wonderful. She was able to take in a lot of information about my past and medical history to make the best decisions for me moving forward. She was not pushy about medications, and was cautious about ones with side effects, which I appreciate. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Tiffany is wonderful. She’s real, direct and honest in a way that feels grounding rather than harsh. Her warm sense of humor makes it easy to open up, and she keeps the conversation flowing naturally. I always leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and clearer than when I arrived.
