Hi! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Florida with a Foreign Physician background. I received my Post Master in Psychiatry from St. Thomas University and have been practicing for 4 years. I help persons of 18 years old and older that struggle with mental health issues to recover the control of their lives, to feel better, and to function properly.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we'll begin with brief introductions and then delve into the unique challenges they're currently encountering. This exploration will serve as the foundation for developing a personalized treatment plan that we can collaboratively address and refine in subsequent sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with individuals suffering from many mental health issues for the past 4 years, I have developed the necessary skills to identify the problems and symptoms the person is facing, and to create a successful treatment plan that lead to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am passionate about collaborating with individuals navigating the challenging effects of mental decompensation. They are people that fight every day the best they can to recover their once-healthy mental well-being but recognize they lack the essential tools to facilitate their recovery. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and hopeless about a right solution.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I enjoy integrative psychotherapy approach because it often aims not only to alleviate symptoms of my patients but also to support their personal growth, self-awareness, and fulfillment.

Psychoeducation

I love to provide psychoeducation to my patients because it empowers individuals by providing them with knowledge about their mental health conditions, symptoms, and available treatment options. This information helps individuals make informed decisions about their mental health and well-being.
