What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
My approach to therapy it electic utilizing psychodynamic, solution based therapy, mindfulness, CBT, EMDR and currently, studying ACT.

I am compassioinate, a good listener and empathetic. My life experiences have enriched my understanding of the complexities of life and families. I have worked with all ages through a community mental health agency as well as a telehealth platform. I can help an individual or a family or parents who need guidance on what to do with a challenging child.
