What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Painful life experiences can disrupt holistic health. I am here to support my clients in discovering inner resources and coping techniques that meet the needs of the whole person. I am committed to providing a therapy experience where each client can feel a sense of relief, safety, and courage to fulfill their life goals and dreams. My treatment approach is integrative, as I utilize a variety of methods tailored to comprehensively meet each person's specific needs. My goal as a therapist is to help people connect with peace and hope amidst their life struggles as well as grow in self-empowerment and resiliency.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My treatment approach is integrative, as I utilize a variety of methods tailored to tend to the unique needs of each individual I work with. I am experienced in the following types of therapy: Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-focused, Relational, Strengths-based, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic, Trauma-informed, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Culturally Sensitive, Faith-based Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
