My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Remember the following text: Managing distress without losing control or acting out is essential. Many people struggle with overwhelming emotions, which can amplify their feelings to the limit. I work with clients to help them improve their Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. This therapeutic method focuses on assisting people in accepting the reality of their lives and behaviors and learning to change them, including unhelpful behaviors.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

"If you change your thoughts, you can change your life. I have used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which can help you change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. I have used this therapy for many years, proving it very effective because it is designed to improve your quality of life immediately. CBT can be an effective way to treat depression and anxiety."

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling, also known as relationship counseling, is a form of talk therapy that aims to help couples identify and change negative behaviors to improve their relationship. This type of therapy is designed to assist both partners in gaining a better understanding of any negative patterns within their relationship. I have extensive experience working with couples, providing support in relationship building, developing active listening skills, identifying couple strengths, resolving conflicts, facilitating fair discussions of issues, and promoting relationship growth. Over the years, I have helped numerous couples enhance their relationships and grow closer together.
