Hi! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois. I received my MSW from the University of Southern California in 2017 and have been practicing for 7 years. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and have expertise in women's issues, depression, anxiety, trauma treatment, mood, and personality disorders. hrough my open-mindedness, I actively listen and empathize with my client's perspective, striving to understand their subjective reality. I embrace alternative viewpoints, questioning assumptions, and exploring different possibilities. I remain flexible and adaptable, adjusting my therapeutic interventions to meet the changing needs and preferences of my client. By embracing an open-minded approach, I encourage my clients to explore new insights, challenge ingrained patterns, and discover their own unique solutions. This approach facilitates their personal growth, self-discovery, and the development of a deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves. Ultimately, my open-minded approach in psychotherapy cultivates a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship, where both my clients and I are active participants in the therapeutic process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will begin with introductions to establish a comfortable and open environment. We will then delve into the specific challenges you are currently facing. By understanding your unique circumstances and needs, I will be able to create a personalized plan that addresses your concerns and guides our work together in subsequent sessions. This tailored approach ensures that our therapeutic sessions are focused, relevant, and aimed at achieving your desired outcomes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

After gaining experience working with adults for the past 7 years, I have developed a reliable approach to assist you in (a) identifying the root cause of your challenges and (b) creating a personalized plan that results in significant progress, which can be measured.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I thoroughly enjoy working with adults who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms. My clients display a strong desire to enhance themselves; however, they currently lack the essential tools required to actualize this objective. They frequently experience feelings of helplessness, stress, and anxiety about their current life circumstances.
