Hi, I'm Marni, and I want to help you thrive. These days, so many people are feeling depressed, anxious, stuck, and overwhelmed. Are you… • Experiencing emotions or challenges you don’t know how to manage? • Struggling to make changes you know you need? • Looking for a sense of purpose? • Feeling disconnected or dissatisfied in relationships or at work/school? • Exhausted from trying to just feel “normal”? If this sounds like you, I understand. I can help you take control, feel more balanced and fulfilled, and create the life you want. It takes courage and support to move forward and create positive change. I'd love to help you make those changes, heal, grow, and take the steps you need to live the more fulfilling life you desire.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I’m a psychotherapist and life coach in practice for over 30 years, dedicated to helping people overcome challenges and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, honest, and caring space where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and I honor individual differences. My style is compassionate and interactive. I get to know you, what you want and what makes you unique, then help you get unstuck and achieve your goals. We'll use a combination of therapeutic approaches based on your individual needs and preferences. We'll talk about your life experiences and how you see the world, explore your feelings and how they affect your behaviors, and we'll create new interactions between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a way that will help you thrive.
