I use Cognitive-behavioral therapy tools in which we work together to examine the thoughts you have when you're feeling down or anxious. We'll explore whether these thoughts are accurate or if they're influenced by biases or automatic negative thinking. By identifying these patterns, we can then work on changing them, which can lead to a shift in how you feel and behave. I also use Mindfulness strategies which involves being fully present and aware of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the moment without judgment. It's a way to observe your thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them or reacting impulsively. Mindfulness tools can greatly complement CBT by helping you manage difficult emotions and enhance your self-awareness.
