Every person is different as is every single plan for treatment. I am trained in a variety of therapies (CBT, EMDR, CPT, DBT) and specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your feelings and take steps toward the goals that you have identified. I start where you are at and we journey from there.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a variety of treatments such as EMDR, CPT, DBT, PE, IPT, CBT, and what I think is most important - is that the treatment fit what you need. I believe in evidenced based psychotherapy and following a plan to work toward your goals.

I focus on helping you feel comfortable with the process of therapy. I am able to stay present in the moments that are most difficult for people.
