I utilize Polyvagal theory and my knowledge of the nervous system to support individuals and couples in recognizing and managing shifts in their autonomic states and develop skills for self regulation to increase effective communication and problem solving as well as decrease feelings of anxiety or stress.
I utilize IFS to support individuals and couples in developing a deeper understanding for navigating their internal landscape and creating awareness for parts of themselves that desire to be healed while building a sense of trust and wholeness within the clients Self.
I utilize psychoeducation to describe the rationale behind different theories of psychology and why they may be beneficial as well as to describe how different habits, supplements, drugs, ect can impact mood and overall wellbeing.
